Consultation before treatment
Every injectable at Santina starts with a medical consultation. The physician looks at your face in motion and at rest, asks about your history and medications, requests lab tests when needed, and explains what a treatment can and cannot do for you. Only then do we agree on a protocol, a dose and a price. If the honest answer is "not yet", you will hear it.

Risks and care
What we tell you before, in writing
Injectables carry risks, from bruising and swelling to rare complications, and your physician goes through them with you before you sign. Afterwards: no rubbing the area, no intense exercise or alcohol for 24 hours, no lying down for four hours after toxin, and sunscreen every day. Results are progressive: toxin settles over two weeks; Profhilo and PDRN build up over a series of sessions.
Individual results. Results vary from person to person, depending on baseline condition and adherence to the recommended protocol.

How much is Botox in San Miguel de Allende?
At Santina, botulinum toxin is $125 MXN per unit. As a reference, the glabella takes about 20 units ($2,500 MXN), the forehead about 15 ($1,875 MXN) and the full upper third about 50 ($6,250 MXN). The final dose is decided at your consultation.
Is it safe to get Botox or fillers in Mexico?
It is when a licensed physician prescribes and applies original, registered products after a consultation. That is how we work, and you are welcome to ask for credentials and product boxes.
Who performs the treatment?
A physician with a master's degree in aesthetic medicine and COFEPRIS registration. Never an aesthetician.
Can I book a consultation the same week?
Usually yes. Write to us on WhatsApp and we offer the next available consultation slots. Treatment can often happen at the same visit if no lab tests are needed.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Consultations, consent forms and follow-up are available in English and Spanish.
How is Profhilo different from a filler?
A filler adds volume in a specific place. Profhilo is hyaluronic acid injected in five points per side to improve hydration, firmness and skin quality across the whole face, in two sessions a month apart.
What about lip filler?
We use Restylane for lips and contour, one syringe at a time, after a consultation. Natural proportion is the brief, always.
Do you do surgical face lifts?
No. Santina offers non-surgical options such as HIFU, Profhilo and toxin, and we tell you clearly when a surgical consultation elsewhere would serve you better.
